Growth begins where the ground hasn’t been tamed.

At Wild Ground Counseling Co., we honor the parts of your life shaped by survival, stress, and long-held patterns—the places that feel overgrown, neglected, or out of balance. Rather than forcing change or trying to “fix” what’s already endured so much, therapy here is about tending to what exists with care, patience, and respect. Together, we work to clear what no longer serves you, strengthen what has helped you endure, and create space for steadiness, clarity, and lasting change to take root over time. Alongside compassion and steadiness, you can expect to be gently and respectfully challenged, in ways that support growth without overwhelm.

Our goal is for therapy to feel human, unhurried, and genuinely supportive. This is a judgment-free place to show up exactly as you are, without pressure to have the right words or a clear plan. Therapy is meant to feel like a real conversation with a clinician who is fully present and invested in you—not rushed, distracted, or one-size-fits-all.

Sessions are offered via telehealth and are designed to be thoughtful, grounded, and engaged. For clients local to the Kittitas Valley, walk-and-talk therapy is also available, offering the option to move, breathe, and reflect in a natural setting. Whether we’re meeting online or outside, the focus remains the same: slowing down, reconnecting, and making sense of what you’re carrying.
